SkiStar embedded the webcam video recorder Nimbb in their recruiting process.

SkiStar is one of the largest companies in Alpine skiing. As the leading operator of European alpine, SkiStar was looking for people who wanted to give their best for their guests to have memorable winter experiences. To make the hiring process easy, reliable and fun, they requested the candidates to record a video presentation using their webcam.

By integrating the Nimbb Player in their site, candidates easily recorded a one-minute video describing themselves, saying why they wanted to work with SkiStar and saying what it means to provide the guests with memorable winter experiences.

The integration was successful and hundreds of candidates applied for the jobs by submitting the video presentations.
